Paul Louis Shipton

Paul Louis Shipton, 75, of Salisbury went to be with his Lord on Friday, June 22, 2018, at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center.

Born in Rowan County on August 11, 1942, he was the son of the late Margaret Estes Shipton and the late Rev. C. Lee Shipton.

Paul was a member of Enon Baptist Church and a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School.  He worked in the maintenance department at Boral Brick Company in Salisbury

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Debrah Shipton and nephew Thad Lentz

Those left to cherish his memory are his sister, Ann Marie Lentz (Kenneth) of Lake Wylie, SC, sister in law, Brenda Everette of Salisbury, NC, niece, Melissa Darrow (John) of Youngstown, NC and nephew Zac Lentz of Lake Wylie, SC

Visitation: 12:00-1:00 PM Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at the Enon Baptist Church, 1875 Enon Church Road, Salisbury, NC 28147.

Service: Graveside Service 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at Enon Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Bruce Sheeks officiating.
